Joining is easy. If you don't have an account, Create One . You will be asked a few simple questions like your e-mail address and where you live. In 30 seconds, you're ready to start.
HOW TO CONTRIBUTE
You can contribute by leaving comments on Discussion Topics, posting your own Discussion Topic, or Uploading Photos or Videos. To leave a comment, just navigate to the bottom of a Discussion Topic's page and click the "Add Your Comments" link. Enter a title and the text for your comment and click the Submit button. To post your Own Discussion Topic, navigate to the "Post" link on the navigation bar and select Post a Discussion. To Upload just Photos and Videos navigate to the "Post" link on the navigation bar and select "Upload Photo" or "Upload Video".
WHAT ARE THE RULES?
This is a public forum. That means there should be a level of thoughtfulness and civility. Abusive, profane and libelous language will be removed, and repeated misconduct could result in being removed from membership. If you find a Discussion Topic, Photo, Video, or Comment to be outside these borders, click the "report abuse" link.

WILL I SHOW UP ON SOME LIST?
All the information that you enter when registering stays with us. We won't sell it or use it to send advertisements (unless you select to receive subscription information from the Daily Record).
WHERE AM I?
If you ever feel lost, you can always find your way home by clicking on the KVTALKS banner at the top-left of every page, or click the "Home" link on the navigation bar. This will return you to the front page.
YOUR PAGE
On the navigation bar you will see the link "Your Page". It allows you to look at and edit your settings, add your neighborhood and avatar (a photo or image that appears in your profile), and see all of your submitted content.

What you see now is fresh out of the box. That means you might come across some unpolished corners. If you get some strange messages, have suggestions for improvement or have any other comments you want to make, please e-mail the administrator at kvtalks@gmail.com.
